This product is a round screw and nut spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) with excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. Due to the superior electrical insulation of PPS, it is suitable for applications that require electrical separation and component fixation. The material has a heat distortion temperature (1.82 MPa) of 112°C, providing a certain level of heat resistance as a resin spacer. It also possesses flame retardancy equivalent to UL94 V-0 and high chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications that require heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance. Since the resin body does not rust like metal, it can be used as a fastening component in environments where metal corrosion is to be avoided. With its excellent electrical insulation properties, it helps prevent electrical separation and shorts in circuit board mounting.
