This product is a double-threaded spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. PPS is known as a super engineering plastic, characterized by its high heat resistance, which allows it to maintain excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments. It also has excellent flame retardancy, complying with UL94 V-0 standards, provided that the materials used meet the UL94 V-0 specifications. Additionally, it has a very low water absorption rate, making it suitable for applications that require high dimensional stability in humid environments, as it minimizes dimensional changes due to humidity. Designed as an insulating type, it is suitable for electrical insulation and separation between the press-fit area and the housing side, making it useful as an insulating component in precision electronic devices.
