This product is a round hollow spacer (color) made of PTFE (fluororesin) that features excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance. Utilizing the non-stick properties, heat resistance, and superior insulation performance of PTFE, it is suitable for applications that require insulation and fixation of components such as circuit boards. PTFE is a chemically stable material that exhibits excellent resistance to many acids, alkalis, and solvents. Therefore, it is suitable for environments where contact with chemicals is expected and for industrial equipment that requires corrosion resistance. Additionally, PTFE has excellent heat resistance with a continuous use temperature of around 260°C, making it suitable for use in a wide range of temperature environments. Furthermore, due to its very high volume resistivity, it is used as an electrical insulating component. With its low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, it is also suitable for insulating components around high-frequency circuits.
