This product is a round spacer for tapping screw fixation made of Delrin (POM), which boasts excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Its hollow internal structure allows for direct screwing of tapping screws for fixation, making it very effective for securing in areas where bolt and nut fastening is difficult, as well as simplifying assembly processes. The Delrin material has extremely low water absorption, resulting in minimal dimensional changes and property degradation due to humidity fluctuations, thus maintaining accurate spacing over long periods. Additionally, its slim round shape allows for neat fixation without interfering with surrounding components, even in densely arranged parts or narrow spaces.
