This product is a spacer made of Delrin (POM) with excellent mechanical strength and high dimensional stability, featuring metal double screws press-fitted into the body. The metal screws are completely isolated by the resin body, creating an "insulated type" structure that physically cuts off the electrical pathway, effectively preventing shorts and unwanted conduction between circuits. The material, Delrin, has very low water absorption, resulting in minimal dimensional changes even in humid environments, thus maintaining high precision spacing. Additionally, because the metal screws are press-fitted, they provide stable fastening strength while minimizing wear on the threads in areas that require repeated tightening or strong fixation.
