This product is a steel hex spacer that adopts a tapping screw shape on the male thread side (a screw that cuts its own female thread while fastening). It can be directly screwed into pilot holes in resin cases or thin sheet metal, allowing for the omission of tapping processes, which greatly contributes to the simplification of assembly processes. The surface is treated with trivalent chromium chromate processing to reduce environmental impact. It is environmentally friendly as it does not contain hexavalent chromium, while still providing stable protection against moisture and corrosion. Thanks to the excellent mechanical strength characteristic of steel materials, it maintains stable holding power even in structures subjected to vibration and load.
