This is an insert nut for UltraCert IV made from brass material with excellent mechanical strength and stable material properties. It features outstanding pull-out resistance due to stable material characteristics and optimized blade shape, creating a strong female thread by heat pressing into pilot holes of resin molded products. Please consider this when designing, especially in cases where the surface of molded products may sink in tapered holes. It supports stable fastening even under high loads for an extended period.
