The flow rate of the fluid flowing inside the pipe can be measured from the outside of the pipe, and by capturing the temperature signals at the inlet and outlet of heat exchangers, the heat quantity can be measured. By using surface temperature sensors, it is possible to measure the heat quantity without processing the pipe.
