"Metra Flow" uses PFA tubing for fluid contact and connections, making it attractive not only for its simple design and high precision flow measurement but also for its excellent corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in semiconductor, medical, and pharmaceutical lines. By using a USB port, more detailed settings for the flow meter body can also be configured (such as low flow cutoff and external output settings). ■ Main Features - Compact and simple design - Straight structure with no protrusions inside - PFA tube connection (1/4" or 1/8") - Wide flow range (20–1000 cc/min or 100–5000 cc/min) - Linearity: 0.5% F.S. - Repeatability: ±0.1% + ±0.02% F.S.
