The "UA102 Series" integrated ultrasonic flow meter with easy installation display is an ultrasonic flow meter that achieves low cost, compact design, and simple installation. Since the detector is simply installed on the outside of the piping, no processing of the piping is required. Main Features: - Installation time is approximately 1 minute! - Capable of measuring a minimum of 4mm in diameter! - Easy installation of the flow meter body without the need for modifications to existing piping - Compact design with an integrated display - Requires almost no installation space - Usable for clean water, seawater, oil, chemicals, etc. - Maintenance-free due to non-contact with the liquid Four types are available in the lineup: 1. Integrated display type UA102 Series 2. Separate display type UA102-S Series 3. High-temperature separate display type UA102-HiT Series 4. Sanitary separate display type UA102-Sani Series Operating Principle: When ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the propagation time changes compared to a stationary state if there is flow. When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received between the upstream and downstream detectors/transducers through the moving liquid, a difference in the passage/propagation time occurs between upstream and downstream. The flow velocity/flow rate is calculated from this time difference and indicated/outputted.
