Notice of Participation in the Environmental Event "Earth Hour 2023" [HIWIN]

As part of our social contribution activities within the Hiwin Group, we will participate in the international environmental event "Earth Hour 2023." This event is the world's largest environmental action, where people around the globe turn off their lights at the same time on the same day to demonstrate their commitment to preventing global warming and conserving the environment. This initiative will also take place at nine Hiwin Group locations worldwide, including Japan, where the Japanese corporation plans to turn off the lighting at its Kobe headquarters and Kobe logistics center. We will actively encourage employees to participate by turning off the lights at home as well. Our company is promoting ESG initiatives across the group, and we are also working on reducing CO2 emissions in our business activities in Japan. Additionally, promoting electrification from pneumatic systems to support users in reducing their environmental impact is one of our environmental activities.
