We will be exhibiting at the "28th Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition/M-tech" held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 21, 2023. ◇ Event Period June 21 (Wednesday) to June 23 (Friday), 2023, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Only on the last day, until 5:00 PM ◇ Exhibition Venue Tokyo Big Sight ◇ Booth Number East Hall 7, 59-26 ◇ Featured Exhibits ■ [Condition Visualization System Equipped] i4.0BS(R) This system continuously monitors the information from temperature and vibration sensors attached to the ball screw using an ECM (Edge Computing Module), visualizing the condition of the ball screw. In addition to the ball screw i4.0BS(R), the i4.0 series includes the linear guideway i4.0GW(R) and single-axis robots. With the introduction of this series, production managers can perform online abnormal diagnosis, component fatigue analysis, and lubrication control. It contributes to environmentally friendly manufacturing by reducing warm-up time and saving lubricating oil with a smart lubrication system. We will also showcase the "Torque Motor Rotary Table" featuring a zero-backlash direct drive system and the "Thin DD Motor," which boasts an overwhelmingly large hollow diameter.
