With a hollow diameter of 340mm and a thickness of 30mm, it is compatible with 4-12 inch wafers. It is suitable for use in semiconductor manufacturing processes and AOI inspection equipment that require high precision. The expanded hollow diameter compared to the conventional lineup allows for even greater design flexibility in equipment. Additionally, we will showcase products that contribute to ESG initiatives. You can also see a stage that combines a single-axis robot (electric actuator) that achieves energy savings through air switching and a ball screw equipped with a state visualization system that contributes to clean manufacturing.
