We will be exhibiting at "MEX Kanazawa 2024 / the 60th Kanazawa Machine Industry Exhibition," which will be held at the Ishikawa Industrial Exhibition Hall from May 16, 2024. ◇ Event Period May 16 (Thursday) to May 18 (Saturday), 2024, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM * The last day will be until 4:00 PM. ◇ Exhibition Venue Ishikawa Industrial Exhibition Hall ◇ Booth Number Building 3, No. 3-024 ◇ Featured Exhibits ■ Condition Visualization System Equipped Ball Screw i4.0 Series This system continuously monitors the temperature and vibration sensor information attached to the ball screw using an ECM (Edge Computing Module), visualizing the condition of the ball screw. In addition to the ball screw (i4.0BS(R)), the i4.0 series also includes linear guideways (i4.0GW(R)) and single-axis robots. With the introduction of this series, production managers can perform online abnormal diagnosis, component fatigue analysis, and lubrication control. It contributes to environmentally friendly manufacturing by reducing warm-up time and saving lubricating oil with a smart lubrication system. You can also see the "Torque Motor Rotary Table," which supports differentiation in machine tools.
