It brings together over 4,000 pest control professionals from 80 countries, featuring keynote speeches, more than 50 presentations, over 200 exhibitor booths, and parties. We would like to inform you that, as a result of the review by the Japanese Society of Pestology, our employee's research has been awarded the "Japanese Society of Pestology Academic Encouragement Award." This award is given to papers published in "Pestology" that are recognized as particularly excellent in promoting academic advancement by the Japanese Society of Pestology. The research that received the award is titled "Insecticidal Test Results of Drone-Mounted ULV Spraying Against Adult Aedes albopictus Placed in the Field." **Awardee** Keigo Shibafu **Awardee's Comment** I am truly grateful to receive the Academic Encouragement Award, which is an honor beyond my expectations. I first participated in the Pestology Society 14 years ago at the 25th Ibaraki Conference. At that time, I assisted presenters as a computer operator, harboring a strong desire to one day be able to present myself. Although it has been a gradual process, I have been able to make efforts little by little. I will use this award as motivation to continue to strive for improvement.
