This is an anionic electrodeposition paint (treatment agent) that allows for the electrodeposition of polyimide, which has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance, onto substrates. In addition to the yellow to brown color of polyimide, red and black coloring is also possible. We can accommodate prototype requests, so please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 It enables the electrodeposition of polyimide resin, allowing for uniform film formation that is difficult to achieve through other methods. It can be effectively applied to parts that require heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance. ■ It is possible to paint on three-dimensional shapes and complex geometries. ■ Red and black coloring is possible by adding pigments. ■ It has high heat resistance with a thermal decomposition temperature (5% reduction) of over 500°C.
