The LMS-K500ML is an inline marking system that integrates a Keyence-made 3-axis CO2 laser marker with image processing, pursuing printing quality as a laser device. 【Features】 - Equipped with Keyence 3-axis CO2 laser marker ML-Z9600 series (30W) for high-speed and high-quality printing over a wide area. - Stable printing quality on uneven surfaces through focus position tracking with 3-axis control. - Standard features include high-performance image processing for XY position correction, front and back identification, and 2D code reading judgment. - Supports alphanumeric characters, kanji, 2D and 1D codes, sequential numbers, and date/time. - XY stage maximum speed of 960mm/sec, with 1000 program registrations to balance tact and setup. - Operates completely air-free and connects only to AC100V (200V specification also available).
