This is a device specification based on multi-variety, small quantity, customer-specific traceability and inline integration. 【Features】 - Equipped with Keyence 3-axis CO2 laser marker ML-Z9600 series (30W) for high-speed, high-quality printing over a wide area. - 1000 program registrations and automatic adjustments in 0.1mm increments for quick changeovers of various products. - Standard features include high-performance image processing for XY position correction, front and back identification, and 2D code reading judgment. - Connects to upstream and downstream devices with SMEMA-compliant connectors for inline integration into the assembly line. - Supports target substrates with a maximum size of 380×280mm and a minimum size of 50×50mm, with a substrate thickness of 0.6 to 2.2mm. Compatible with a variety of substrates. - Operates completely air-free and connects only to AC100V (200V specification is also possible).
