This is a device specification that enables labor-saving through the replacement of visual inspection and manual work. 【Features】 - Equipped with Keyence 3-axis CO2 laser marker ML-Z9600 series (30W) for high-speed printing over a wide area. - Automatic execution of XY position correction, front and back identification, and 2D code reading judgment after printing using an image processing system. - Supports alphanumeric characters, kanji, 2D/1D codes, serial numbers, and dates, automating the process from numbering to printing. - Compatible materials include resin-based substrates such as FR-4, CEM-3, and paper phenol, with a board thickness of 0.6 to 2.2 mm. - Target substrates can be a maximum of 380×280 mm and a minimum of 50×50 mm, with a substrate weight of up to 800 g. - Completely airless and does not require cooling water, operating solely on AC100V connection (200V specification is also possible). No ink or labels are needed, resulting in zero consumables. 【Our Strengths】 Approximately 30 years of experience in laser printing and traceability.
