This is a device specification designed for integrating consistent board identification from design to manufacturing into the production line. 【Features】 - Equipped with Keyence 3-axis CO2 laser marker ML-Z9600 series (30W) for high-speed and high-quality printing over a wide area. - Allows registration of characters, shapes, 2D/1D codes, serial numbers, and dates in one file for batch printing. - Executes XY position correction, front/back identification, and post-printing 2D code reading judgment using an image processing system. - Connects to upstream and downstream devices via SMEMA standard contact signals, enabling inline integration into existing SMT lines. - The transport direction can be selected as right to left or left to right, and the transport reference can be chosen as front side or back side at the time of order. - The target board size ranges from a maximum of 380×280mm to a minimum of 50×50mm, with a thickness of 0.6 to 2.2mm and a weight of up to 800g. - Completely airless and does not require cooling water; operates with only AC100V connection (200V specification is also possible). 【Our Strengths】 Approximately 30 years of experience in laser printing and traceability.
