Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for a waterproofing material for bathroom components. We proposed a shape that is easy to extrude, created a mold using polylactic acid, and injected room-temperature curing silicone. We created an extrusion sample approximately 150mm in length and proposed the corner conformity. Our company will be exhibiting at the "31st Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF2022)" held at Tokyo Big Sight from November 8 (Tuesday) to November 13 (Sunday), 2022. Our company will exhibit at the 11th Plastic Japan (High-Performance Plastic Exhibition) held at Makuhari Messe from December 7 (Wednesday) to 9 (Friday), 2022, as part of the High-Performance Materials Week Tokyo. At the exhibition, in the 3D printer business, we will showcase our newly developed 3D printer. Additionally, we will demonstrate the world's first silicone 3D printer, the "innovatiQ LiQ320," along with sample displays. We will also showcase the unprecedented flexibility achieved by the MEX method 3D printer with our special soft filament "HP Filament (Super Flexible Type)" through live demonstrations, as well as the actual machines and samples of the "SmaPri sonic series," which boasts high resolution LCD-based photopolymerization 3D printers from various manufacturers we represent, along with samples of our original filament series, "HP Filament Series." Our company will be exhibiting at the "4th Kansai Next-Generation 3D Printer Exhibition" within the Kansai Monozukuri World 2022, held at Intex Osaka from October 5 (Wednesday) to 7 (Friday), 2022. At the exhibition, we will demonstrate the world's first silicone 3D printer, the "innovatiQ LiQ320," and showcase samples produced by it. We will also demonstrate the unique flexible filament "HP Filament (Super Flexible Type)" that achieves unprecedented flexibility with MEX method 3D printers, as well as display actual machines and samples from various companies that utilize MEX method and high-resolution LCD method photopolymerization 3D printers, including the "SmaPri sonic series."
