"Funkle" is a special resin extrusion product that has a very low glass transition temperature. It is a product with high temperature dependence, with a glass transition temperature of 40°C, at which the resin softens and can be processed into any shape. When cooled with water or similar substances, it solidifies and maintains that shape. (Note: It becomes brittle below 0°C.) It has a specific gravity of 0.84, making it lightweight, and since it is an olefin-based resin, it shows resistance to acids and alkalis.
