This is an environmentally friendly one-touch Easy & Convenience gasket that combines our proprietary "HP Sponge" with metal insert molding technology.

Products that protect edges and have sealing parts are equipped with airtightness, waterproofness, and dustproof functions. "HP Sponge" is a resin sponge with characteristics similar to EPDM sponge, which is uniquely formulated by our company. It features an anti-adhesion coating on the surface, preventing adhesion to the sealing counterpart even after prolonged use. The TPO used in the main groove part has traditionally lower adhesive properties compared to other synthetic rubbers and resins, but due to its core structure, it allows for easy installation without the use of adhesives. Therefore, it can also be easily removed, providing excellent maintenance. The internal core is made of "aluminum perforated metal (A5052)," which excels in rust resistance and lightweight properties, making it suitable for various usage environments.

Notice of Participation in the 11th Plastic Japan (High-Performance Plastic Exhibition)
Our company will exhibit at the 11th Plastic Japan (High-Performance Plastic Exhibition) held at Makuhari Messe from December 7 (Wednesday) to 9 (Friday), 2022, as part of the High-Performance Materials Week Tokyo. At the exhibition, in the 3D printer business, we will showcase our newly developed 3D printer. Additionally, we will demonstrate the world's first silicone 3D printer, the "innovatiQ LiQ320," along with sample displays. We will also showcase the unprecedented flexibility achieved by the MEX method 3D printer with our special soft filament "HP Filament (Super Flexible Type)" through live demonstrations, as well as the actual machines and samples of the "SmaPri sonic series," which boasts high resolution LCD-based photopolymerization 3D printers from various manufacturers we represent, along with samples of our original filament series, "HP Filament Series." In terms of core technology, we will display rubber and plastic products with various unique characteristics developed in-house. As a COVID-19 infection prevention measure, all staff will wear masks and conduct frequent disinfection. We look forward to your visit.
