We offer contract molding with various materials using FDM 3D printers.
We offer contract molding with various materials using FDM 3D printers.
basic information
In the molding process using FDM 3D printers, ABS and PLA are currently mainstream materials. However, our company has started contract processing using filaments made with our unique technology in various materials. In cutting processes, significant waste can occur depending on the shape, as the raw materials, such as round bars and flat plates, are machined. Our 3D printer contract processing, which utilizes the FDM method, significantly reduces waste and lowers costs. Additionally, when manufacturing with 3D printers, it is possible to create hollow or honeycomb structures internally, allowing for reduced material costs and weight compared to cutting processes that can only produce solid forms. Therefore, we can accommodate shapes that cannot be produced through cutting. Please contact us for inquiries regarding the feasibility based on the shape.
