We would like to introduce a case study of the "cardboard cutting machine" implemented for a company processing cardboard and thick paper. The customer requested, "Due to the aging of the machinery, an update is necessary. As long as we can produce the same items as before, we have no particular preference for the structure or method of the machine, so we would like you to create a machine that increases productivity." In response, we proposed a change in method to use air-driven cutting and transport with a robotic cylinder and suction, and proceeded with design and manufacturing.
