The "Beam Rotator," also known as helical drilling processing, is an optical device that adjusts the diameter of holes by rapidly rotating an eccentric laser beam. By tilting (angling) the laser beam and rotating it, it can control the processing cross-section to be non-tapered, tapered, or reverse tapered.
