Generate a comparison table that clearly shows the results of comparing Word documents. The old and new document versions operate as a Microsoft Word plugin. ■ Old and New Comparison Load the old and new files to create a "comparison table." Using the "style setting tool," you can swap columns, change notations in the remarks column such as "change" and "delete," and edit the table title. ■ New Document Creation Load the original document to create a new document while generating the comparison table. ■ Structural Outline Comparison Compare at the outline level (1 to 10 levels) in block units. (The default block [comparison unit] is set to paragraph (line break) units.) ■ Protection Feature for Old Document Column When comparing the two documents, protect the old document, which is the source of comparison, to ensure it cannot be modified during the comparison.
