At Doshisha University, we would like to introduce examples of how "Mathematica," "Wolfram|Alpha," and "Wolfram|Alpha Notebook Edition" have been utilized to support intellectual activities related to numbers. The initiative began with awareness activities on the use of symbolic computation systems in collaboration with representatives from Wolfram Research, leading to the adoption of these products. They are being used in remedial education for first-year university students in partnership with high schools.
