Compared to conventional full combustion in a dull furnace, it reduces heating costs and prevents deterioration of the base material's strength!

Ibaraki Steel Center Co., Ltd. conducts high-frequency partial annealing. Processing hardening appears on the cut section after blanking, which can cause cracking during cold forging. The "high-frequency annealing device" performs partial annealing to prevent such cracking. It can heat to 723°C in a 3-second cycle, reducing heating costs compared to conventional full annealing furnace inputs and preventing degradation of the base material's strength.
