The 'Muffler Anti-Rust Coat Black' is a rust-proof paint for mufflers that can withstand temperatures up to 600℃. It has passed a salt spray test for 120 hours (film thickness of 20μm). Additionally, it is a semi-gloss, subdued black color and falls under the fourth category of the Fire Service Act, specifically the second type of petroleum. The coverage area (for one coat) is approximately 0.8 to 1.0 m² per can. 【Performance】 ■ Film thickness for one coat: 5 to 10μm (approx.) ■ Touch dry: 20 to 25 minutes (at 20℃) ■ Curing time: 100℃ for over 5 hours / 150℃ for 60 minutes / 200℃ for 15 minutes ■ Recommended film thickness: 20μm (for two coats) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
