Using waste-derived fuel! Solid fuel boiler "Bailer Series"
For reducing fuel costs and CO2 emissions! We are distributing the "Textbook on Solid Fuel Boilers," which includes product features and examples of cost reduction.
The "Bailer Series" is a boiler that widely accommodates solid fuels such as wood pellets, wood chips, and RPF. With the implementation of the new plastic law promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in April 2022, it is now permissible to burn waste plastics, which were previously disposed of as waste, for thermal utilization. By converting these plastics into fuel and burning them in the Bailer Series, it is possible to reduce both fossil fuel costs and industrial waste disposal costs. The system can be easily operated via a touch panel and supports automatic operation. Thanks to its unique combustion method, ignition is quick, and it can achieve high-temperature combustion of over 1100°C. We offer a "steam boiler" that can be used as a heat source for drying equipment and food processing, as well as a "hot water boiler" suitable for baths and hot water supply in facilities such as bathing and nursing care. ★ We are distributing a "Textbook on Solid Fuel Boilers" that includes product features and examples of cost reduction.
