Nitrogen purge / Nitrogen supply work for pressure resistance airtightness testing / Nitrogen gas supply for P vehicles
Nitrogen purge vehicles will perform nitrogen replacement for various tanks and pipelines using nitrogen cartridges, as well as nitrogen supply work for blowing inside pipes and pressure-tightness tests.
1. Supply by large purge vehicle Nitrogen gas will be supplied to the target equipment by a vehicle loaded with a liquid nitrogen tank, gas evaporator, and booster pump for low-temperature liquefied gas. Note 1) As it is a large vehicle, please confirm the transportation route and installation space. Note 2) The photo shown is of a trailer type, but there are also tanker truck types available. 2. Supply by small purge vehicle For sites that need to gather a number of nitrogen cylinders but do not require a large purge vehicle, nitrogen gas will be supplied to the target equipment by a vehicle loaded with liquid nitrogen cylinders and a gas evaporator. Note 1) Refueling with liquid nitrogen on-site is not possible. 3. Supply by separate evaporator This is a separate type gas evaporator. It is a facility that supplies nitrogen gas by connecting a nitrogen tanker truck. When using nitrogen gas in large quantities for extended periods in flammable liquefied gas storage tanks or heavy oil tanks, supply can be maintained simply by swapping out the nitrogen tanker truck. Additionally, as it is a mobile facility, installation can be performed solely through lifting and lowering operations with a crane truck. Note 1) Space for the evaporator and tanker truck is required. Note 2) When supplying for extended periods, heating equipment for defrosting will be necessary.
