[Hydrocut Introduction Case Study] Steel and Demolition Industry

Hydrocut, which has less backfire compared to acetylene! An example of improved quality on the cutting surface.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Hydrocut" for our customers in the steel fabrication and demolition industry. The situation was that "work was interrupted due to backfire, so we wanted to improve workability" and "we wanted to enhance the quality of the cut surface." After introducing Hydrocut, which excels in heat concentration and is expected to improve the quality of the cut surface, we found that the occurrence of backfire decreased, leading to improved cutting efficiency for materials like galvanized steel plates that had been troubled by backfire. The distortion during cutting was also reduced. 【Overview】 ■ Challenges - Work was interrupted due to backfire, so we wanted to improve workability. - We wanted to enhance the quality of the cut surface. ■ Results - With the decrease in backfire, the cutting efficiency of materials like galvanized steel plates, which had been troubled by backfire, improved. - The distortion during cutting was reduced, and the quality of the cut surface improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
