Ihara's large-diameter bellows valve "PYB" can be delivered in one-third the lead time (compared to our previous products) and is a large-diameter bellows valve. Have you ever felt that large-diameter bellows valves have long delivery times? [In the case of conventional products] 1. Manufacturing of castings 2. Internal surface treatment, polishing, and repairs 3. Cleaning and polishing After repeatedly performing these steps, the products were shipped, and customers had to spend a lot of time purging them after delivery. Manufacturing castings takes time, and in addition, castings can develop cavities, which require significant time for surface treatment to remove. We thought that these issues might stem from the use of castings. Is it possible to create a large-diameter bellows valve without using castings...? From that idea, "PYB" was born. Delivered in one-third the lead time of castings (compared to our previous products) → By using pipes for the body, we resolved the issues associated with castings and enabled quick delivery by internalizing the process from material to completion. Additionally, since the internal surface is clean, there is no need to spend a lot of time purging after delivery.
