The circulation process involves a flow of "degreasing → filtration → evaporation → liquefaction," where the cleaning solution containing oil is distilled to regenerate clean liquid, which is then used for the finishing shower. Single-substance solvents have lower boiling points compared to oil, and the recycling rate through distillation regeneration is high, making them not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly. Additionally, solvents that do not cause metal corrosion are less likely to produce surface blemishes, making them particularly suitable for thin plates and foils.
