The "hydrocarbon-based degreasing cleaning," which is effective for removing oil adhered to materials such as copper, aluminum, and stainless steel plates, has significantly superior cleaning power and quick-drying properties compared to water-based cleaning, enabling space-saving and increased line speed. The circulation process involves a flow of "degreasing → filtration → evaporation → liquefaction," where the cleaning solution containing oil is distilled to regenerate clean liquid, which is then used for the finishing shower. Single-substance solvents have lower boiling points compared to oil, and the recycling rate through distillation regeneration is high, making them not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly. Additionally, solvents that do not cause metal corrosion are less likely to produce surface blemishes, making them particularly suitable for thin plates and foils. This is a round number linear jack. In the case of SLM-050-4.0, it raises and lowers exactly 4mm per rotation. In the case of SLM-200-3.0, it raises and lowers exactly 3mm per rotation.
