IKUTA primarily supplies production equipment to various material manufacturers, mainly in metals, and handles the design, manufacturing, and sales of machinery equipment in-house. We offer in-house prototype levelers (Model 1) for thick plates and (Model 2) for thin plates, accommodating a wide range of material types and thicknesses for extensive prototype support. If you bring or send in your materials, we can immediately conduct prototype evaluations. Please feel free to consult us regarding the improvement of flatness for materials and products. 【Test Equipment】 ■ Prototype Leveler (Model 1) for Thick Plates - Equipped with 5 upper and 6 lower backup rolls (Φ50), suitable for plate thickness: 3mm to over 10mm, maximum plate width: approximately 420mm. - Equipped with 6 upper and 7 lower backup rolls (Φ36), suitable for plate thickness: approximately 1mm to 5mm, maximum plate width: approximately 420mm. ■ Prototype Leveler (Model 2) for Thin Plates - Equipped with 7 upper and 8 lower backup rolls (Φ16), suitable for plate thickness: up to 1mm to within 2mm, maximum plate width: approximately 180mm. *The indicated suitable plate thickness and width are approximate guidelines based on prototype results.
