Our buff polishing machines and grinding machines are primarily used in the copper processing industry. They are useful for removing oxidation scale after annealing and in the finishing process before shipment. The spray structure for buff coolant, backup roll cleaning, and material cleaning can be easily adjusted in angle from the operator's side and is detachable, making maintenance easy! With optimal arrangement and flow management, it helps improve surface quality. You can choose from 2-roll, 4-roll, or 6-roll configurations based on space and purpose! It allows for adjustment of both rough and finishing polishing power as well as surface roughness. First, we conduct polishing tests using samples to confirm the desired conditions before designing the equipment.
