Example 1) Annealing and cleaning equipment for materials after cold rolling This is a line that performs annealing treatment and pickling cleaning after degreasing the materials that have been cold rolled and have rolling oil attached. By incorporating an accumulator, continuous processing has been made possible. Example 2) Degreasing and pickling line with inspection equipment targeting materials before final shipment This line performs the final cleaning before cutting and packaging the products, and it is equipped to carry out degreasing, pickling, buff polishing, rust prevention treatment, and image inspection all at once.
