[Sensor Monitoring] Wi-Fi-based current, voltage, and contact monitoring!
A Wi-Fi tag that can monitor voltage, current, and contacts has been released by Aeroscout, a Wi-Fi location detection/temperature management solution.
The T15ms Tag monitors the voltage, current, and contacts output from sensor devices and transmits this information to applications via Wi-Fi. It enables 24/7 monitoring of sensors and real-time alert notifications from remote locations. This allows for quick detection of failures and abnormalities, providing maintenance benefits that can help prevent accidents. The T15ms Tag supports standard normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) contact sensors, as well as monitoring within a voltage range of 0-10V and a current range of 4-20mA. It can be connected to various contacts, sensors, and detectors, including magnetic contact sensors for doors and windows, motion sensors, and sensors used for monitoring and logging voltage, current, and pressure. Additionally, with a hybrid power supply using two AA batteries and a power adapter, along with internal logging capabilities, it can continuously monitor and log sensor data even during power outages.
