The "RT SkyStar Series" is a tethered balloon that has a proven operational record in government agencies and military applications for surveillance, reconnaissance, and communication purposes. It features a mobile tethering device, a high-performance sensor array, a ground control unit, a power and communication supply tether, lightweight components, an ultra-high precision stabilization gimbal, and high-performance sensors. Additionally, it can operate continuously for 72 hours and allows for helium replenishment within a downtime of 20 minutes.
