Unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin product group

AOC's composite material solutions achieve durability, lightweight design, and high aesthetic quality.

At IMCD, we handle AOC's unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), vinyl ester resins (VE), resins for SMC/BMC, and low shrinkage agents (LPA). AOC is a global manufacturer that has led the composite industry for many years, providing high-performance materials to a wide range of markets including automotive, electrical and electronics, construction and infrastructure, marine, and wind power generation. Their flagship brand, Palatal, offers a series of unsaturated polyester resins (UPR) suitable for a wide range of applications, Atlac provides a series of vinyl ester resins (VE) with excellent chemical and heat resistance, and Palapreg is recognized for its resins and low shrinkage agents (LPA) for SMC/BMC applications. Especially for SMC/BMC applications, we can provide not only the resin itself but also a total material design that combines low shrinkage agents and additives. We propose optimal composite solutions tailored to customer requirements such as Class-A appearance, lightweight, high strength, and flame retardancy. For detailed grade selection and application proposals, please feel free to contact IMCD.
