The "Musashi (2-Row Type)" is a slicer suitable for cut vegetables (root vegetables). It can handle a variety of cutting materials, including daikon radish, carrots, broccoli, pumpkin, and wasabi, and when the cut materials are placed in the cutting box, a clean product with minimal waste is produced. With unit exchange, it is possible to cut into julienne, strips, slices, and sticks.
