The "OVA-K2" is a rotary slicer that cuts long materials (such as burdock and cucumber) by placing them into a cutting feed tube and utilizing gravity for slicing. It is capable of producing high-quality products with diagonal cuts. The cutting blades are easily removable, and the machine complies with HACCP and PL laws.
