"Ranmaru" is a burdock cutting machine suitable for simmered dishes, featuring a special hand-cut style rough cutting process. It twists and cuts in the same manner as hand cutting. When materials are placed into the feed tube from the thicker end, they are cut into rough pieces, and the products are discharged four at a time from the outlet. It is a compact, simple, and reasonably structured machine.
