The FireShieldSSD is Innodisk's latest "black box" data storage device for transportation and in-vehicle recording, developed through years of experimentation and innovative design. The FireShieldSSD design incorporates the concept of a black box, placed inside vehicles and public transportation to facilitate accident investigations. Modern vehicles are designed with high safety standards in mind. However, regardless of safety measures, the risk of fire is always present.
