Introducing 3D NAND-equipped SSDs / SSD monitoring platform!
Exhibiting NVMe-compatible M.2 SSDs and remote monitoring solutions at the "Embedded Systems Development Technology Exhibition."
Innodisk offers a lineup of flash storage and memory module products specialized for industrial and embedded applications. We have a variety of attractive products, including the ultra-compact memory module "OcuLinkDOM," which supports PCIe Gen3 x2, the "SATA SSD series," which has improved performance due to the adoption of 3D NAND, and the NVMe-compatible "M.2 SSD." Additionally, we provide the "iCAP software platform," which allows for remote monitoring of the S.M.A.R.T. information of SSDs installed in devices. 【Features of Some Products】 ◎ NVMe-Compatible M.2 SSD - Released products compatible with two standards: PCIe Gen3 x2 and PCIe Gen3 x4 - Supports data security firmware technologies "iData Guard" and "iCell" ◎ iCAP Software Platform - Enables direct monitoring of the status of various remote devices via a web browser - Proven adoption in the retail and industrial automation sectors.

Detailed information
-
Achieving clear images with minimal noise through an HD display and a 1-megapixel camera resolution, which sets it apart from conventional industrial endoscopes. It can finely capture each individual scratch, making it ideal for precise inspections. With clear images, you can instantly identify problematic areas, thereby improving the quality of inspections. It is possible to record clear images in both still and video formats. *The size of still images and videos varies depending on the diameter of the tip.
-
The industrial endoscope with a built-in monitor typically has a monitor size of around 3.4 inches, but this JFIBER features a larger 5.1-inch screen. With a size approximately 1.5 times larger than usual, it makes it easier to see the details of the inspection target and reduces eye strain from continuously looking at a small monitor. *The size of the displayed image varies depending on the diameter of the tip. Additionally, while previous endoscopes primarily used analog output for external monitors, the JFIBER is capable of HDMI (digital) output. This allows for confirmation with clearer images.
-
The intuitive and flexible curvature that reduces the user's burden is an essential feature for conducting inspections smoothly. JFIBER achieves precise movements with its uniquely developed long-distance transmission technology. Even agile finger movements are accurately transmitted to the tip. Inspections of complex and intricate objects that were previously difficult can now be maneuvered as desired with the delicate curved operation of JFIBER. *φ2.8mm to φ6.0mm is movable in four directions (φ2.2mm is movable in two directions).
-
The field of view for industrial endoscopes is typically between 45° and 80°, but this JFIBER offers a field of view of 90° or 100°, allowing for a wide area to be inspected at once, improving work speed. Additionally, the light at the tip of the cable features a delicate 9-level dimming function, enabling you to select the optimal brightness according to the inspection environment. Dimming is controlled via a button at the bottom of the monitor, and the current brightness setting can be confirmed by the numerical display on the monitor. *Note: For Φ6.0mm, you can choose between fiber optic and white LED at the time of purchase.

Among conventional endoscopes, which typically have a heat resistance temperature of around 60℃, the heat resistance temperature of the cable part of JFIBER boasts a range of -25 to 80℃, demonstrating high heat resistance. Additionally, the monitor is equipped with heat resistance from -10℃ to 55℃, allowing it to be used in various settings, such as maintenance of high-temperature equipment.
