[White Paper] DRAM Module: Eliminating the Threat of Sulfide
I will explain the issue of sulfide, present two main methods to solve the problem, and describe how to verify the quality of sulfide protection.
For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. This white paper will introduce the process of corrosion and the measures to address it.
basic information
Sulfur contaminants react with the silver in DRAM resistors through corrosion reactions, reducing conductivity and ultimately causing module failure. To prevent failure, protective layers can be added to prevent silver from coming into contact with hydrogen sulfide, or silver alloys can be modified to enhance sulfur resistance. ~For more details, please download and view~
