Integrating multiple components! Improving quality and reducing man-hours with a total machining VA proposal.

Integrating multiple parts through machining from solid, including sheet metal and screw fastening, eliminates assembly labor to achieve significant strength enhancement and improved dimensional accuracy.

Components that are assembled from multiple sheet metal parts, such as those secured with screws or spot welding, constantly face challenges such as slight misalignments during assembly, wear and tear over time, and, above all, significant assembly labor costs. We propose a design change to "total machining (integral cutting) processing" that dramatically resolves these issues. By precisely machining a single ingot as a whole, we eliminate the need for the assembly process itself, while simultaneously achieving remarkable improvements in the strength of individual parts, as well as geometric tolerances and dimensional accuracy. 【Features】 ■ Compatible materials: Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, etc. ■ Size: Minimum □10–15mm, Maximum 1000mm (subject to consultation) ■ Dimensional tolerance: Stable at the micron level ■ Track record: Aerospace components, satellite communication components *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
