High-speed focus variable unit
High-speed variable focus position achievable with variable curvature of the mirror using a piezo mechanism!
The piezo mechanism allows for variable curvature of the mirror, enabling high-speed variation of the focus position. The variable speed of the focus position can reach up to 3500Hz, and it is capable of incident laser power up to 20kW. Additionally, it features a lightweight and compact optical design, making it an ideal structure for integration into systems.
