[Case of Automatic Packaging Machine] Fully Automatic Cartoning Machine for Boxed Tissues
Cartoning through high-speed processing! Promoting increased production capacity, stable quality, and labor savings!
As a case study of our automatic packaging machines, we would like to introduce an example where we proposed the development of a high-speed cartoning machine to a certain paper manufacturing company in order to produce more products in a shorter time. ■ Background and Challenges - With the improvement in production capacity, we want to perform cartoning at the highest speed possible. - We aim to introduce a stable machine while minimizing the number of staff. ■ Proposal We proposed the introduction of a cartoning machine with specifications capable of withstanding high-speed processing. ■ Results As a result, the equipment before and after the cartoning machine was improved, achieving labor reduction, and production capacity was enhanced through stable high-speed cartoning processing.
